Rom Builders is family-owned and multi-generation. Led by a San Diego builder with over 30 years of experience, and a member of the Greater San Diego Home Builders Association.
How we work
We care about every client and take each project seriously, whatever its size. That starts with planning: we are in no rush to break ground, because careful design, engineering, and permits are what let the build run smoothly.
Our own architects, engineers, and permit expediters work under one roof with our builders. One project manager supervises each job from start to finish. Some work is done by trusted subcontractors, screened for quality and supervised by us.
We work with clients in English and Spanish, help them look into financing, and build to all California building codes.
