You call, and we schedule a visit. We listen to what you need and look at what your property allows.

Estimate
We prepare a detailed, itemized estimate and schedule based on the consultation.

Contract
Once you approve the estimate, we sign a contract and the project starts.

Design
Our architects and engineers draw the plans, and you see the project in 3D renderings.

Permits
Our permit expediters take the plans through the city.
- 06
Materials
We purchase the finish materials before construction starts.
- 07
Construction
One project manager supervises the build and updates you every day.
- 08
Final walk-through
We walk the finished project with you and complete the final touch-ups.
